2.2.2
CHANGE-ACDGP
Parameters of a created ACD group can be changed by means of the function CHANGE-ACDGP. With the exception of ACDGRP, all parameters are optional, but at least one of the optional parameters must be entered for a change of attribute data to occur.
An ACD group, i.e., the only, and therefore the primary group of a supervisor, may be assigned to a different supervisor. An ACD group that is the primary group, but not the only group assigned to a supervisor may not be assigned to a different supervisor until one of the other groups is changed to become the primary group of the present supervisor.
If the search method is changed from CIRCULAR or LINEAR to FIFO, or vice versa, all agents in the group are blocked by the AMO prior to the change. The agents are not allowed to log back on until the change has been completed. All agents marked as autologon are automatically logged on by the AMO following completion of the change.
CHANGE-ACDGP is used in order to delete GRPNAME and GRPPN. For GRPPN the user must enter ’00000’ and for GRPNAME ’*****’ must be entered.
In case of PM group, the new PMSAN must be configured by AMO-RICHT.
