2.2.3
DELETE-ACDGP
Created ACD groups are deleted by means of the function DELETE ACDGP. Only the group number has to be entered to cancel an ACD group. When a request is entered for deleting an ACD group, the AMO requires that there are no agents assigned to the group. A group may not be deleted until all the agents assigned to it have been reassigned or deleted using AMO AGENT.
An ACD group, i.e., the only, and therefore the primary group of a supervisor, may be deleted. An ACD group that is the primary group, but not the only group assigned to a supervisor, may not be deleted until one of the other groups is changed to become the primary group of the present supervisor.
An ACD group can not be deleted if the group is reference by routing tables (AMO-ACDRT).
