3.3.3 DELETE-ACDRS

By means of the function DELETE-ACDRS, Route Selection and Calendar Routing information may be deleted.

A DSNUM cannot be deleted if it is referenced in the Route Selection table.

A DSNUM, RCG route selection or Calendar Routing tables can be deleted without regard to whether or not the ACD feature is set to BLOCKED.

A RCG Route Selection Table cannot be deleted if it is referenced in the Directory Number Information (DNIT) table; however, all entries in the Calendar Routing table can be deleted for an RCG without regard to referencing.

Note: To delete a single or a range of special date entities, the Craftsperson MUST input into the starting date. Entering any date other than the starting date within a range entity will cause an error to be displayed and the function to be aborted.

Examples:

Delete Day Shift number 24.

Input:

DEL-ACDRS:TYPE=DS,DSNUM=24;

Output:

H05: DAY SHIFT SCHEME DSNUM=24 HAS BEEN DELETED.

Delete the route selection entry for RCG 5.

Input:

DEL-ACDRS:TYPE=RS,RCG=5;

Output:

H06: ROUTE SELECTION TABLE RCG=5 HAS BEEN DELETED.

Delete special date July 28,1997 of RCG=2.

Input:

DEL-ACDRS:TYPE=CR,RCG=2,STARTYR=1997,STARTMON=7,STARTDAY=28;

Output:

H19: THE ENTERED DATES HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM THE CALENDAR ROUTING TABLE.

Delete special dates Jan 2 through Jan 6, 1997 of RCG=10.

Input:

DEL-ACDRS:TYPE=CR,RCG=10,STARTYR=1997,STARTMON=1,STARTDAY=2;

Output:

H19: THE ENTERED DATES HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM THE CALENDAR ROUTING TABLE..

Delete special repeating dates December 28 through January 2 of RCG=2.

Input:

DEL-ACDRS:TYPE=CR,RCG=2,STARTYR=*,STARTMON=12,STARTDAY=28;

Output:

H19: THE ENTERED DATES HAVE BEEN DELETED FROM THE CALENDAR ROUTING TABLE..
