4.3.8
TEST-ACDRT
The TEST-ACDRT function displays the dial plan groups used in the steps RTOFF and RTEXT.
Using TEST-ACDRT the craft can compare the ACD dial plan groups configured by AMO ZAND (parameter ACDDPLN) with the dial plans used in ACD routing tables in steps ’Route to Offsite Number (RTOFF)’ and ’Route to Extension (RTEXT)’.
If in the table produced by TEST-ACDRT no access code appears for an ACD dial plan group number configured by AMO ZAND, then we know that no ACD calls will be routed to that ACD destination.

Example:
Check if the configured route to offsite and route to extension steps will still be valid after changing the ACD dial plan group in AMO ZAND to 3 (AMO ZAND, ACD, ACDDPLN).

COMMENTS:
•
In ART 17, STEP 3 there is a route to offsite number configured. The string "------" in the row corresponding to the dial plan group within column CD (call destination) means that
a)
either the access code 0 is not configured in the dial plan 3,
b)
or the access code 0 is configured, but there is no route associated with this access code.
The ACD destination is unreachable in both cases.
•
In ART 18, STEP 3 there is a route to extension, in fact a HUNT GROUP with number 8888. The repetition of this number in the row corresponding to dial plan group 3 (in column CD) means that this number is defined by AMO WABE and consequently no problem will occur after changing the ACD dial plan (ACDDPLN) to 3 using AMO ZAND.
