Interrelationships

AMO ACDRS
:
Before using the RCG in the route selection AMO ACDRS checks if it has been created. AMO ACDSD can not delete a RCG that is being used in the route selection table.

AMO AGENT
AMO ACDSD can not change the agent ID length until all ACD agents are deleted.
•
AMO CTIME
The user must assure that the delay ringback timer (DELAYRBT) is greater or equal than the ACL route request timer (ROUTEREQ). Else the Call Bridge can not route the ACD call because the delay ringback timer has been expired before the ACL route request timer.
•
AMO DIMSU
:
Dimensioning of ACD Route Control Groups (ACDRCG).

AMO DNIT
:
Before using the RCG in the Directory Number Identification table AMO DNIT checks if it has been created.

AMO XAPPL
:
Can set RCG(s) as a monitored element. AMO ACDSD can not delete a RCG which is being monitored.
•
AMO ZAND
:
Activates the ACD feature. No changes (CHA-ACDSD) can be performed unless the ACD feature is turned on.
•
AMO WABE
:
Sets the Digit Analysis Result (DAR) of the CAFDN value for RCG.
