DELETE-ACSU
The ATND data is divided into optional data and data required for normal operation.
The parameter DELOPT is used to determine if the ATND is to be cancelled altogether, or whether and which optional data is to be cancelled.
When DELOPT = ALL is entered, the created ATND is cancelled so that the associated port location becomes free.
If an ATND entered as a hotline or offhook intercept destination is to be cancelled, an advisory is output that a new destination must be entered.
An ATND may be cancelled only if it is no longer integrated in an ATND group. It has to be previously removed by AMO VFGR.
An attendant may be cancelled only if it is no longer referenced in an ACD routing table. It has to be previously removed by AMO ACDRT.
