ADD-AFR
Adding the parameter list of an LDU FAMAFR or the fault pair list of an LDU FAMAFR. The parameter LDU is used to distinguish between FAMAFR1, FAMAFR2 and FAMAFR3. The branch parameter PAR is used to distinguish between the parameter list and the fault pair list.

Example of adding an FAMAFR2 fault transmission :
Faults starting at priority level 4 are to be transmitted instantly. A maximum of 20 high-priority faults and 20 low-priority faults are to be accepted within 60 minutes. The contents of the fault memory are to be transmitted when the fault memory is 90% full of fault reports. The contents of the fault memory are transmitted to the fault recording unit connected every 2 days at 12.00 hours. Up to 9 successive attempts shall be made to transmit the faults. Further AFR should automatically be activated after 20 minutes in case of a message avalanche.
Input:
ADD-AFR:AFR2,LDU,4,20,20,60,90,12-00,02,9,20;
How to insert an entry in the fault pair list of FAMAFR2 :
In the FAMAFR fault pair list, the start of fault report "F5388 OUTSERV" is to be entered with the end of fault report "F5389 INSERV". To allow the two reports to be assigned correctly, the first follow-up line (module information) must be analyzed. The start of fault report should be preserved in the fault memory for at least 10 minutes.
Input:
ADD-AFR:AFR2,TAB,F5388,OUTSERV,F5389,INSERV,1,10;
