Parameter Description
The AMO "Application Configuration" (APC) serves to manage the applications of the integrated HICOM server. Each application consists of one or more subsystems, a subsystem may occur in several applications, and an application may be active in one or more servers, but the subsystem itself exists only once in the program library (PGLIB).
An application update for a certain server only ever takes effect at the next RELOAD of the server concerned.
The PGLIB-loading tables will be overwritten while UPDAT. An UPDAT- if any- should be done before any changes of applications with APC. Otherwise, while an UPDAT, the changed loading tables with AMO APC will be overwritten with the unchanged loading tables from memory.
