STMA Module Data
This function (branch TYPE=STMA) is used to add the data of the specified STMA module to the SWU database.
The addition of an STMA module requires the following procedure:
–
Sufficient memory space for the STMA to be added must be reserved in the CC Flexama memory with the AMO DIMSU (Parameter STMA und STMACIR).
–
An STMA module must be added with the AMO BCSU at the specified position (LTG, LTU, SLOT) on the basis of the UBGDAT data.
The global data of the operating mode PSW can be administered in the joint parameter branch OPMODE=GLOBAL.
The global and the networking related data in operating mode NW20 can be administered only in the common parameter branch OPMODE=NW20.
In
operating mode NW20 (parameter branch OPMODE=NW20) the following checks are performed:
–
The ATM address must be unique i.e. the ATM address must not be already assigned to another STMA module having the operating mode NW20.
–
all VPCI values (par. VPCI0 .. VPCI7) on one STMA module must be different
The optional parameters that are not entered are assigned a default value. As a consequence the VCIOFS values are in this case set as zero.
After executing the function ADD
–
the added VCI offsets and their VCI values are output for every VPI in tabular form within an advisory message and
–
the module data are automatically loaded to the PIT (or the module) by calling the EXEC function. If loading is not successful an advisory message to this effect is output.
