	Reassembly Buffer Size defines the total size of a buffer for reassembly of the data stream. The first byte of a new incoming data stream will be processed after the buffer is half full. Thus the Cell Delay Variation Tolerance based on the first incoming cell is 0.5 * Reassembly Buffer Size. The worst case CDVT, assuming that the first cell comes with maximum CDV is 0.25 * Reassembly Buffer size.
