Parameter Description
The AMO BST can be used to start and to stop the Background Signalling Task. Moreover at any point of time the state of the BST can be examined.
The BST is a Backgroundtask, which will take over the display function of the Signalling Task (SIT) in HICOM 3x3. In HICOM 3x3 there is no longer an administration terminal, therefore the system messages are written to a cyclic file by SIT.
The BST reads the messages from the cyclic file block by block and sends them block by block to the Terminal Task (TT).
The AMO BST can be used to start explicitly the BST. The user has to specify, which symbolic device the cyclic file is assigned. The logical output device the messages will be sent can also be specified. Further the user has the possibility to insert a framemark (the framemark can be used for additional processing on MF300 side.).
