ADD-CABA
CABAPSW, PROCID and CABA must be given. Following this, an entry is set up in the CABA table. If the specified password (CABAPSW) already exists in the CABA table, an error message is output. An error message also results when the maximum number of entries in the CABA table has been exceeded.
