78.3.1 Functional Overview

The following functions are realized by the AMO:


a.	CHAR	On/off switch for character display of hexadecimal dump format. The hexadecimal dump format can be displayed with hexadecimal characters only or together with the corresponding ASCII characters. Default Value: ON.
b.	COPY	Copying memory addresses
c.	DEF	Creating memory addresses
d.	DEL	Deleting memory definitions
e.	DIST	Determining the number of empty lines to be inserted between the lines output in a hexadecimal dump format. Default Value: 0.
f.	DUMP	Listing file contents
g.	E	Assigning a file in order to edit file contents
h.	END	Terminating the AMO
i.	EV	Converting decimal to hexadecimal and vice versa, also binary output
j.	FILE	Assigning a file as hard disk save area
k.	LST	Listing the memory contents
l.	P	Switching to the Displayer task in another processor The user sees which processor his currently accessing with the aid of the input request message
m.	PATCH	Changing file contents
n.	SET	Changing memory contents
