DELETE-FAMUP
Deleting an entry from the AMOCMD-table.
The branch parameter SEL indicates whether one AMO or the entire AMOCMD- table is to be deleted.
With ’linenr’ the line number of an entry can be deleted from the AMOCMD-table (the line number will be output by DISPLAY)
