Parameter Description
 
The AMO-FBTID is used to create data for the connection setup of remote A & M between Hicom and the service center (SZ). The required data are created in the administration and data server (ADS) of Hicom by means of the AMO FBTID.
The data are input by means of the following parameters: regional office (CD), contract number (NO), position number of contract (POS), password (PASSWORD), customer name (NAME) and station number of Hicom terminal (STNO)

CD
The ZN (= regional office) code is used to identify Hicom for the SZ. This ensures an unambiguous assignment in the SZ. The identical ZN code must also be provided in the SZ (ISDN 2000). Thus, an unambiguous customer identification check is thus possible.

NO
The contract number is used to identify Hicom for the SZ. An unambiguous assignment can be made in the SZ. The identical contract number must also be provided in the SZ (ISDN 2000). Thus, an unambiguous customer identification check is possible.

POS
The position number of the contract is used to identify Hicom for the SZ. An unambiguous assignment can be made in the SZ. The identical position number of the contract must also be provided in the SZ (ISDN 2000). Thus, an unambiguous customer identification check is possible.

PASSWORD
The password is used to identify Hicom for the SZ. The identification, for example, is required for AMO start when the connection is set up from the SZ to Hicom and AMOs are to be started. The password protects Hicom against unauthorized intervention from the outside; it must also be provided in the SZ (ISDN 2000).

PRODUCT
Product name of the Hicom system. If the AFS (automatic fault statistics) is in emergency opertation, the product name is included in the printer output, in order to facilitate the interpretation of the fault reports at the control center.

NAME
In order to make the unambiguous assignment of the accumulated data possible during automatic fault transfer (via RAFR), it is possible to transfer the customer name to the SZ. During emergency operation, the customer name is printed out.

STNO
The station number of the customer of the Hicom system is transferred to the SZ during automatic fault transfer. This enables the SZ personnel in the SZ to call the customer system directly. During emergency operation, the station number is printed out directly.

Remarks
SZ Station Number
The station number of the SZ must also be set up in Hicom. This is done by using an AMO of the CMS because the station number of the CMS is required for the connection setup and is read directly from the database by the CMS. The remote A & M also has access to these data, if required.
Processor Name of the Service Center
The processor name of the service center and the application name in the SZ are also created in the database of the ADS by an AMO of the CMS. The remote A & M has access to these data.
