OUTPUT-HISTA
This function serves to output files (Hicom Teleservice protocol files) written cyclically
by the FILE TASK.
Cyclic organization means that when writing a file of limited length, the system
returns to start of file as soon as the file is complete.
The old contents are then overwritten from the beginning.
