DISPLAY-HOTLN
Display the destinations of hotline indices with output in list format:
1.
Offhook Intercept destination for voice
2.
Hotline destination for voice
3.
Hotline destination for data terminal
4.
All types of the specified hotline indices
Those destinations that are specified in parameter TYPE are output. When destinations for hotline indice are displayed, only those hotline indice for which at least one destination is found are output.
