DELETE-LAUTH
Delete an existing LCR authorisation code.
The authorisation code to be deleted is specified by the ITR and INDEX parameters.
Remark:
To delete an existing code, the original human readable form of the has to be known by the user. OLDCODE should be entered in human readable form.
