ADD-PETRA
151.2.1.1
Creation of TRACE processes on standard modules (STD)
The create command is used to activate the trace procedure in a circuit. This causes one, several, or all processes (0...15) of the circuit to send the TRACE data to the periphery (PP).
Several TRACE procedures can be activated in sequence. These are executed in parallel. All results are marked for each LTG by the PP according to the sender and are collected in a common TRACE buffer. If the buffer overflows, this buffer is written again starting at the beginning (cyclic memory).
Each peripheral circuit requires its own job to activate the TRACER. The initiation of a circuit that has already been activated does not cause a fault; this permits activation of other processes of the same circuit.
Note:
In each case, only those processes which were specified in the last command are activated; previously activated processes, that were not specified in the last command, are deactivated.
