151.2.3
OUTPUT TRACE-DATA
After executing the command DISPLAY-PETRA the message H3 and the prompt "
*" is displayed asking the user to insert the parameter NO and CONT.
Instead of restarting the AMO, it is based on the DISPLAY action. This makes it possible to examine the data which were retrieved once, any number of times.
The rest of the AMO run is controlled with the second parameter CONT. As long as the parameter value is ’Y’, further DISPLAY commands can be input. After ’N’ the AMO is terminated and the internal PETRA data segment released.
Each individual data record of a module is 16x8 bit long, the first byte contains the LTU No., the second the PBC No., followed by 14 bytes of TRACE data. For TROSS51 modules these consist of individual 3 byte trace entries (1 empty bit, 2 bit flags, 5 bit circuit code and a 16 bit address); in the case of L3X and Rolm modules, on the other hand, the 14 bytes constitute one trace entry.
