1.
Regeneration of the control tables
The differences between the current control table and the default initialization are output as CHANGE commands.
The output can be restricted to a specific level and/or to a certain type of module.
2.
Regeneration of the control parameters of the veco statistics.
3.
Regeneration of the lock times.
The CHANGE-command is only output, if at least one of the actual lock times TIM1 - TIM8 for the entered level differs from the init-value.
4.
Regeneration of the stabilisation times .
The change-COMMANDis only output, if the stabilisation time for the entered level differs from the init-value.
5.
Regeneration of all types.
