COPY-PTIME
Copying a timer block (REST branch) from the hard disk to the DB. (for TBLK see Appendix)
If INIBLOCK = 0 is specified, this command has the same effect as a DELETE command.
In this case, the parameter TBLK is mandatory. See also "Explanations" given in the Introduction
