This table assigns customer-specific CDR codes to route codes (dialed number prefixes).
An entry in the table is necessary only, when a dialed route code is to be converted in the customer-specific CDR code.
If no corresponding CDR code is found for a dialed route code, then the actual dialed route code will be transferred to the charge data block.
A maximum of 512 entries are possible.
