	Possible Values	:	COND UNCOND	conditional unconditional

DEVICE	Load media for system reload

RESCUE	Use Rescue SW from Default Load Tables

UNIT	Functional system unit for which the restart command is intended.

TYPE	Branch parameter indicating whether the restart is intended for the entire system, or only for a particular unit.
