Parameter Description
In certain cases in systems it is necessary to convert an externally dialed number, for which there is no internal destination to a number for which a destination is assigned.
Such cases are:
•
1-digit up to 6-digit station numbers (digits 1-9). (DPLN, DAR=STN)
The station number to which the dialed number is converted must be assigned to an existing station.
•
Combination codes for FAX, DTE (DPLN, DAR=FAXNO, DTENO for data exchange analog, and DTEDNO for data exchange digital via DIU-CAS)
These are entered in the the dial plan (DPLN, AMO WABE) if the service code plus station number in system internally amount to more than 6 digits and the station is to be available externally via an exchange, since external call numbers are limited to call numbers with a maximum of 6 digits. Conversion is always necessary in this case.
•
Codes for release order (DPLN, DAR=STNREL).
By using these codes users without override- / release-authorisation can setup a connection to specific internal or external destinations with prophylactic release order. These codes lead to DAR=TLN_EMERGENCY_DISC in DPLN with the information of the destination number of the node, where one can find the specific destionation user. The conversion is done in the node, where the destination user is added ( DESTNO=0 ).
Conversion takes place after digit analysis.
