Note
The user enters only the EVT parameter and is prompted further in dialog (see actions OUTPUT, INPUT). It contains a table with FET index, FE-NO and associated MID-NR.
Undefined FE elements contain the MID-NR 1020. The FET-IDX can be used to subsequently assign a new MID-NR to these FE elements.
FET-IDX is the start index of the message class in the SDT plus FE-NO.
