Assign the following:

a new individual message (CD and NO) within a message class (U1020 -> Fxxxx);
•
elements to the error element special table.

user defined text for certain MIDs

Note
The user enters only the EVT parameter and is prompted further in dialog (see actions OUTPUT, INPUT). It contains a table with FET index, FE-NO and associated MID-NR.
Undefined FE elements contain the MID-NR 1020. The FET-IDX can be used to subsequently assign a new MID-NR to these FE elements.
FET-IDX is the start index of the message class in the SDT plus FE-NO.

Assignment of a new MSG code and an MSG number to the error element in the error element table (FET) with index 0061.
