the set of devices that have to get any restart messages and special events independently of other settings (IMPTMSG = important messages).

the set of devices that have to get service relevant messages only. Other messages are suppressed (FILTER)

the set of devices that have to get all messages independently of other settings (ALLMSG).
4.
the set of devices that have to get short messages (SHORTFM, see above)
