DELETE SSCSU
With the action DELETE
•
subscribers are deleted on the basis of their number. An individual service (e.g. DTE) cannot be deleted.
In all cases, several (max. 10) individual values or ranges can also be entered for the parameter STNO.
Note :
With optional parameter OFFTYPE you can control, whether AMO SSCSU itself will execute a soft lock (DC, default!), a hard lock (DI) or no lock (NL) on the subscriber. In the last case the number to be deleted must be locked beforehand with the AMO DSSU!
SSCSU subscribers must not be contained in an executive/secretary configuration. Only HTBLINE may be entered in the other group relations (collective line, call collect group, ...). In this case, HTBLINE cannot be deleted (error message).
Subscribers who are still entered in the ACD routing table or who possess an ACD feature cannot be deleted.
