184.2.4 CHANGE-SYNC

Changing an AMO version in a SAT AMO SYNC can be used to selectively change the contents of a service AMO table (SAT). The new counter value, the AMO name and the SAT name are sent by the AMO to SE without acknowledgement. The user can verify the changes made by action display.
