Displaying the Status of the Tracer (STA)
By executing the command STA it is possible to display the status of Tracer at any given time. RES enables the user to put the settings to the standard values again and to clear the trace buffer.

Brief status report of the StandardTracer by entering INFO=

Maximum number of trace objects to be entered in the buffer

Number of selected trace objects

Number of trace objects in the buffer

Indication if the tracer is activated

Status of start and stop conditions

Medium-size status report of the StandardTracer by entering INFO=
M:

Brief status report

Indication if the tracer has restart stability

StandardTracer file

Common information (user information, indication of the serialization mechanism which has been selected, number and size of buffers of resident tracer, number and size of buffers of trace buffer pool, information about Read Buffer and Read File).

Long status report of the StandardTracer by entering INFO=
L or INFO=STDTR:
a)
brief status report
b)
Indication if the tracer has restart stability
c)
Status report for the selection data
d)
Standard tracer file (its name and status)
e)
Common Information (user information, indication of the serialization mechanism which has been selected, number and size of buffers of resident tracer for each tracer type, number and size of buffers of trace buffer pool for each tracer type, information about Read Buffer and Read File (name and status)).

All set groups and set selection conditions for messages and LAN objects

All conditional conditions for the message dependent manipulation of the selection conditions during tracing
