TSCSU - Configuration of Special Circuits in the SWU
Interrelationships
Parameter Description
Functions of the AMO
Error Messages and Advisories
The AMO TSCSU is used to assign trunks to the TCOMs (trunk circuit outgoing multi-purpose) lines. The AMO allows the operator to activate trunks in conjunction with the action ADD-TSCSU only. Trunks already configured are activated or deactivated using the AMO DSSU.
Trunks can be added to trunk groups, provided that the new trunks have identical parameter specifications, with the exception of the parameters CCT (trunk circuit number) and INS (activate trunk circuit), as the trunks already in the group. It is possible to assign up to 2000 trunks to one trunk group (see AMO BUEND, parameter NO).

In conjunction with TCOM’s, the class of parameters (COP) have the following meaning:
CCR
for CCMs which are to be released after each individual job.
CCM
for CCs with ’Meet Me’ operation (i.e. all CCs which a voice connection directly is possible via the search frame)
CCTN
for CCs and for some CCMs, an audible tone must be awaited after the A-block has been sent
SACK
set for all devices for which seize acknowledgements are sent during preprocessing
RBLK
set for CCs and CCMs which can transmit remote blocking signals as criteria (short pulses in specific intervals on an otherwise open line)(see also parameter SUPV).
LSUP
if this parameter value is not declared, trunk alarm signaling is suppressed (exception: ANS if time is exceeded).
After the timeout specified in the parameter SUPV, the TCOM returns to idle state.
SDL
set for CCs and CCMs if it is necessary to wait for an audible signal before dialing.
EOD
set for CCM with absence/paging signaling (ESPA signaling, switching of + or - on the line)
DTMF
set for CC and CCM in case of DTMF signaling; if DEV=DICT, DTMF tones are always signaled directly.
