SLOT
Slot number in the LTU
Slots are numbered from left to right. Always state the lowest slot number for modules
which occupy more than one location. (A mounting location is made up of 6 slots ;
thus, valid slot numbers are 1, 7, 13, 19 etc.
However: some modules - e.g. SLMA - occupy two locations; for this reason the valid
slot number must always be the first, or lowest, of the two. LTUC cannot be tested!)
Type of Input
:
Single value, mandatory
Possible Values
:
1 - 121 (non compact hardware)
:
19 - 121 (compact hardware)
A suitable module must be configured for the slot addressed by PEN (AMO BCSU).
The possible Slot values depend on the systems architecture and can be found in the BCSU AMO description.
