Parameter Description
 
A second static traffic relations matrix, traffic relations matrix 2, is introduced in addition to traffic relations matrix 1 (created by AMO VBZ). It regulates communications from subscribers with cards to stations with card readers.
The object is the limitation of the mobility of subscribers with ID cards, e.g. for tenant service, and limiting of follow-me call forwarding (AUL) of subscribers with ID cards. Without traffic relations matrix 2, subscribers with ID cards could move about freely within the system by bypassing the blocks set in traffic relations matrix 1.
The same traffic groups are used for traffic relations matrix 2 as for traffic relations matrix 1. Traffic relations matrix 2 is a fully-defined matrix (16 by 16).
The following traffic relations are possible between two traffic groups:

Directional communications between 2 traffic groups can therefore be covered as well.

When a subscriber inserts his ID card into a card reader, a check is made via traffic relations matrix 2 as to whether he can raise his class of service.
If the call to the card reader is not permitted, he can telephone only with the station owner’s classes of service, as if he had not inserted his card.
Traffic relations matrix 2 is set up by the data base and initialized with A (allowed); the ADD branch is unnecessary in this AMO.

Meaning:
ITRGR 12 is permitted to communicate with traffic groups 1, 6, and 9. This means, for example, that a subscriber of traffic group 12 can insert his ID card in any card reader of traffic groups 1, 6, and 9 and use his own classes of service.
ITRGR 9 is not permitted to communicate with group 1, meaning that if a subscriber of traffic group 9 inserts his ID in a card reader of traffic group 1, he cannot use his own classes of service, but only those of the owner of the connection of group 1, as if he had not inserted his ID card.
