212.2.1
ADD-VFGKZ
The action ADD-VFGKZ has two functions:
a)
Allocation of the Call Codes to ATNDGRs (TYPE=ATNDGR)
Access codes with the digit analysis results ATND, ATNDDID and GENANS can be assigned an ATNDGR with this AMO. This then results in the following:
1.
If DAR=ATND
the ATNDGR can be reached via an internal call code.
2.
If DAR=ATNDDID
the ATNDGR can be reached via an indial call code (dial suffix).
3.
If DAR=GENANS
incoming trunk or internal calls for the ATNDGR can be answered at any station (with the appropriate authorization).
It is only possible to discriminate according to the CPS if the appropriate branch is declared in the DPLN lists of the AMO WABE.
b)
Allocation of incoming Call Codes to Customer Names (TYPE=NAME)
If a system is shared by several customers with one CAS attendant group, different attendant codes can be assigned per customer (DAR=ATND). These codes can be assigned a ’customer name’.
Two posibilities are existing for the assigment of the call code to the Customer Name. The posibility is selected by the AMO ZAND:
•
10 Customer Names for each attendant group (default)
The last digit of the indial call code for the attendant group is the index to the table with the Customer Names. Consequently the codes can be assigned within the range 00 to 09.
1000 Customer Names for all attendant groups
“1000 Customer Names” will be activated by the element COMP1000 of the central system data by the AMO ZAND
(CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=ATND,COMP1000=YES;).In this case, entries are created according to the access codes.
For one access code, only one attendant group can be entered. But it is possible to create different DPLNs for one access code.

The Customer Names are assigned by the indial call code for an attendant group.
The table for the assignment of indial code, attendant group and company name is used by the AMO SYNCA too. Overall there are 1000 entries possible.
