213.2.1
ADD-VFGR
It should be noted that
•
a given night ATND option may only be assigned to one ATNDGR.
•
it is possible to create an ATNDGR without assigning it a day ATND. In this case, one night option (not the "none" night option) must be allocated, which constantly represents the ATNDGR (permanent night service).
•
at all times every internal traffic restriction group (ITRGR) must have an ATNDGR as intercept destination. When the first ATNDGR is created, this ATNDGR is implicitly defined as intercept destination for all internal traffic restriction groups.
•
each ATND may only be assigned to one ATNDGR.
If more than 16 attendant consoles are to be assigned to an attendant console group, these must be assigned subsequently using the action CHANGE.
•
parameters CQMAXF, SDIST, and WC are only taken into account or required in the operating mode QUEMODE=DQ.
•
the priority control is configured with defaults. Changes must be carried out subsequently using the action CHANGE.

Example
Create the ATNDGR 0 with the default value double queue for the mode of the queue and the day attendant 4300, assign NOPT1 to night option 3, NOPT2 to night option 2 and NOPT8 to night option 12. The initialized night option is 1. Each night option must be assigned a name. The call queue must be assigned for three CQ calls, first answer calls per attendant. The automatic night switch will be deactivated. The destination for call overflow is the attendant group 2.
