10.2.10.1. General Restrictions and Limitations
SPS trunk groups must be configured for payload separation without intercept parameters.
Transfer busy is not possible over SPS.
Route optimization is not possible.
Direct tie trunk access if the trunk is located in a different shelf is not possible. Workaround: Use AMO TWABE or activate the Block Dial feature.
Attendant scenarios are not supported.
Only ComAssistant basic scenarios are supported. Other applications using ACL (through CAP/CA4000) are not supported.
Payload survivability ALR with single number and PUBDID are not supported.
Virtual Numbering (VNR) is not supported.
US specific scenarios are not supported.

Only local announcements are supported; announcements are not routed via ISDN (due to CO resource usage).
MLPP is not suported - MLPP calls over payload separation are not possible.

ACD agents must be located on the same branch.
PARK - Must not be used on different branches
SIP Phones are not supported.
Hunt group Master which is also a UC member cannot be reached via ALR path.
ISDN, ANATE - only basic call is supported.
UC and UnifyPhone applications not supported with SPS
