  • Each access point needs access to the PSTN over CO trunk and corresponding alternate routes and numbers must be configured.
  • Payload survivability or signaling and payload separation (see Section 2.10, “Signaling and Payload Separation (SPS)”) must be configured.
  • OpenScape Contact Center (OSCC) at least V8.
