First, the parameters must be set for the host system (e.g. Germany):
CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=ALLDATA,CNTRYCD=0,SIUANN=1; CHANGE-ZAND:TYPE=TN,SIUC=0,DTR=0,RDS=0,CONFC=0;
Now the tones/announcements for another country (e.g.: Italy) can
be set for an access point:
