The LAN monitoring feature is activated by default.
It can be deactivated with AMO ZANDE parameter NOLANMON:

Although the LAN switchover feature is activated by default, it
can be that some customers prefer not to switchover when they have a
high number of fixed LTU shelves and only a single or a few IP shelves.
