Interworking is supported between OpenScape 4000 and the Microsoft Lync Communication Server 2010/2013 which is the successor of Microsoft Office Communications Sever 2007. This interworking provides the capability to interconnect the Microsoft Lync Communication Server 2010/2013 with the OpenScape 4000 enterprise network via the Mediation Server. Therefore calls to/from Lync Communication Server 2010/2013 are possible over OpenScape 4000 SoftGate via native SIP trunks.
Microsoft Lync Communication Server 2010/2013 connectivity works with native SIP trunks located on OpenScape 4000 SoftGate (direct SIP).
