11.2.4. Deleting an Emergency Group Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

When you delete an emergency group, the AP Emergency configuration of the access points/OpenScape 4000 SoftGates allocated to it are also automatically deleted. If you want to keep the configuration of the access points/OpenScape 4000 SoftGates, you must first allocate these to a different emergency group (CHANGE-APESU:DATA=AP,APNO=xx,EGRPNO=yy;),

Configuration Management > System Data > IPDA > AP Emergency Group
Click Search select the CC-AP/Survivable OpenScape 4000 SoftGate and Delete.

DELETE-APESU:EGRPNO=99;
The modified data does not take effect until after you have used OpenScape 4000 Assistant Backup & Restore to copy the database to the CC-AP/Survivable OpenScape 4000 SoftGate, and the CC-AP/Survivable OpenScape 4000 SoftGate has accepted it.
