14.7.2. Introduction and Overview 
- The module HG 3500 is part of an OpenScape 4000 system. It’s the peripheral gateway module with LAN interface toward the OpenScape Voice system.
- In the OpenScape 4000 system there is a customer database. This database contains the configuration about trunks, stations and features.
- The HG 3500 can be configured with different parameters. The HG 3500 configuration should match the configuration on the OpenScape Voice system.
- For configuration in the OpenScape 4000 there is an interface for AMO commands.
- This documentation should help the OpenScape 4000 system engineer to find a working configuration.
