21.5.2. Key Assignment 
OpenScape Desk Phone IP terminals have fixed keys. For this reason,
the correct standard key layouts must be assigned (see Section 8.6, “OpenScape Desk Phone IP Configuration”).
The variable keys start from key 9 onwards.
