3.3.5.1. How to Add an Attachment to a Message 
You can add an attachment to a message in one of the following ways:
- Attach a file to a message you are composing in OpenScape Mobile Pro.
- Share a file from another application on your device that allows content sharing (like Gallery) to OpenScape Mobile Pro. For more information you may refer to Section 3.3.5.2.
You can send only one attachment per message.
Follow the steps below to attach a file to a message you are composing
in OpenScape Mobile Pro:
Step by Step
- Create a new message.
- Tap
to the right of the
message box. - Browse for and select the file from your local device that you want to
attach.A preview of the attachment is displayed.
- To remove the attachment before sending the message, tap the attachment and then tap X in the upper-right corner of the attachment.
- Tap
to send the message with the attachment.
