3.3.1. How to Create a New Chat 
You can create a one-to-one chat or a group chat.
Step by Step
- In OpenScape Mobile Pro, navigate to Chat.
- Tap + at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select one or more contacts from the list, then tap
at the top right of the screen.INFO:
Only contacts with valid IM address are selectable. The rest of the contacts are grayed out. - If you select more than one participant, then it becomes a group chat. Enter a name for the new group chat or keep the suggested one, then tap OK.
You can alternatively initiate a chat session with a contact via the contact
details by tapping on the IM address of the contact.
