3.2.5.3. How to Rename a Group Previous topic Parent topic Child topic Next topic

You can rename a group of contacts from the Contacts tab.

Step by Step

  1. In OpenScape Mobile Pro, navigate to Contacts.
  2. From the drop-down menu at the top of the screen, select the group that you want to rename.
  3. Tap dots_figure.png at the top right of the screen, then tap Edit group.
  4. Update the group name as needed.
  5. Tap Save at the top right of the screen.

You cannot rename the Handy contacts group, as this is configured by your administrator.
