3.9.4. Adding an Attachment to a Chat Message 
You can add an attachment to a message with one of the following ways:

Click the paper clip icon
next to the message box to browse and
select a file from your local computer. -
Copy and paste images directly into the message box.

Drag and drop a file into the message box (one file at a time).
