3.5.4. Initiating a Web Collaboration 
Before participants can dial into a scheduled or persistent conference, it must be started. Moderated conferences can only be started by a moderator.
Click on 
in the signaling bar. Depending on how your system is
deployed, the functionality can be one of the two modes below:

in your web browser. Open this file once finished downloading to start the web conference.
b) The options to select the screen you want to share will be automatically displayed
without the need to download any file.
