2.11. Initiating a Chat 
You can start a chat with a contact.
Step by Step
- Move the mouse pointer onto the contact in the contact list to see additional controls.
- Click on
.You see the phone numbers and addresses under which the contact can be reached. - Click on Chat.
The chat window opens in a minimized format at the bottom screen margin.
