In case you have forgotten your password or your account has been locked due to
inactivity or to multiple failed login attempts, you can reset your password via
the OpenScape Web Client.
Follow the steps below to reset your password:
Step by Step
On the login screen of your Web Client, click Forgot your
password.
In the input field, enter the email address associated with your account
and click Reset my password.
If the email address corresponds to an existing user, an email will
be delivered to your inbox, containing a password reset link.
Click the password reset link delivered to your email address.
The password reset link is valid for 15 minutes. After expiration,
you need to request a new password reset.
Enter a new password for your account in the New
password field. Confirm your choice by re-entering your
password in the Confirm new password field.
The new password must have a minimum length of 8 characters and must
contain at least an upper-case letter, a number and a special character.
Click Save new password.
You can now use the new password to login to your
account.
